Kieran Tierney has left Celtic and joined Arsenal.

Ally McCoist has joked that he’s ‘not too disappointed’ that Kieran Tierney has left Celtic to join Arsenal on Deadline Day.
Arsenal confirmed on their official website on Thursday that they have secured the signature of Celtic’s highly-rated left-back Tierney.
It is a big blow for the Bhoys because they are losing such a key player in their quest to win another Scottish Premiership title.
Nonetheless, speaking to the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast Show on TalkSport (08/08/2019), former Rangers man McCoist was pretty pleased that Tierney has left.
“Also Arsenal, it looks as though they have completed a deal from Celtic for Tierney,” McCoist told TalkSport.

On whether he is delighted: “I am not too disappointed at that one,” McCoist chuckled. “Really good player the lad. I like him a lot. I think he’s a fantastic lad. I think Celtic will miss him.”
Celtic now have money in the pot from the Tierney sale, and with the Scottish window still open, it remains to be seen who they will sign.
The business Lennon and Co. do from now until the end of this month could prove to be absolutely crucial to the club winning the title or not.
