James Forrest has recently signed a new contract with Celtic.

The Rangers legend has raved about Forrest, and believes that the winger is one of the most important players for the Hoops.
The Scotland international winger has recently put pen to paper on a new deal with Celtic which will see him stay at Celtic Park until the summer of 2023.
McCoist said about Forrest on BT Sport 1 (7:10pm, October 30, 2019): “He has been brilliant. He has been fabulous, particularly in the last two or three seasons, he has been terrific coming in on the far right-hand side, one of the key players in Celtic in the last two or three seasons, and he fully deserves.”

Important player for Celtic
Forrest has been on the books of Celtic his entire professional club football career so far and has established himself as a key figure in the team.
The 28-year-old scores goals, provides assists and creates chances for his teammates, and there is no doubt why he is one of the first names on the teamsheet.
According to WhoScored, Forrest has scored five goals in 11 Scottish Premiership appearances for Celtic so far this season.
Celtic are aiming to win the domestic treble for the fourth season in a row.
