Newcastle United winger Allan Saint-Maximin has largely only been fit enough to start as a substitute since moving to St. James’ Park.

Allan Saint-Maximin has attempted to diffuse a situation with an angry Newcastle United fan on Twitter.
Saint-Maximin posted a clip of himself in training yesterday, where he raced round a series of Newcastle defenders and hit the ball into the bottom corner.
Alongside the post Saint-Maximin wrote the caption ‘feeling good’, which seemed to irk some supporters.
Newcastle had come off the back of a 5-0 defeat to Leicester City at the weekend, so tempers are obviously slightly frayed at St. James’ Park.
But Saint-Maximin insists that his caption was merely about his fitness levels.
Saint-Maximin has only really been able to make an impact as a substitute so far for Newcastle.
There are very high hopes for the Frenchman though, as he has looked extremely dangerous on his cameo displays.
Newcastle are next in action against Manchester United at the weekend, in a game between two sides who have looked out of sorts this season.
