The Baggies have brought the Oman international to The Hawthorns until the end of the season.

Ali Al-Habsi has taken to Twitter with a message for the West Bromwich Albion fanbase after penning a deal to join The Hawthorns side, as confirmed by the Baggies official website.
The former Bolton Wanderers, Wigan Athletic and Reading goalkeeper has joined West Brom until the end of the season to provide further competition to senior pair Sam Johnstone and Jonathan Bond.
Al-Habsi, capped 126 times by the Oman national team and an FA Cup winner from his time at Wigan, has spent the past two seasons playing in Saudi Arabia for Al Hilal, where he won the Saudi Professional League and the Saudi Super Cup.
Here is the 37-year-old’s social media message to his new club and their fans:
Al-Habsi’s arrival at West Brom follows contact two weeks ago from Baggies goalkeeping coach Gary Walsh, who has warned his current senior stoppers that the newcomer will not be along for an easy ride.
“His last two years in the Championship at Reading he was voted Player of the Year each time and the manager (who was at Al-Ittihad before joining the Baggies) saw him play against him in Saudi last season,” Walsh told the official WBA website.
“He’s got a great personality for the dressing room and for Sam and Bondy and he’s not come in as a No.3. He’s come to push Sam and Jonathan all the way.”
West Brom’s next game is in the Championship as they host Blackburn Rovers at The Hawthorns on Saturday.
