Do the Ibrox faithful have their equivalent of Celtic hitman Moussa Dembele in the form of Glasgow Rangers star Alfredo Morelos?
Alfredo Morelos is rapidly becoming a fan favourite at Rangers.
The Colombian hitman opened the scoring for Rangers in Saturday’s 3-2 defeat to Hibernian at Ibrox for what was his third goal for the Gers in the space of six days.
Morelos, who only had seven minutes in the 2-1 win at Motherwell last Sunday, opened his account by scoring twice in the 6-0 demolition of Dunfermline in midweek.

Interestingly, the 21-year-old has enjoyed a better start to his Rangers career than Moussa Dembele did for Celtic at the same stage last season.
It took the French marksman 304 minutes of competitive football to open his account for Celtic, while Morelos, who had 40 goals in 54 games for Finnish side HFK Helsinki, has now scored three in 162 minutes.
It must be noted that Dembele’s first four games for the Hoops came in the Champions League – though two were against Gibraltar minnows Lincoln Red Imps – but it is still extremely promising for Rangers that Morelos has enjoyed such a good start.
That’s not to say he will be as influential for Pedro Caixinha’s side as Dembele – who scored 30 goals last term – was for Brendan Rodgers last time around, but he is certainly going the right way about becoming Rangers’ equivalent to the former Fulham man.
