Leeds United talent is determined to improve and fans are offering their encouragement.
Leeds’ Alfonso Pedraza
Leeds United loanee Alfonso Pedraza has had a low key start to life at the club, at odds with his headline grabbing move from Villarreal.
The youngster has made one start and one substitute appearance, for a combined total of 99 minutes of football, and is yet to make an impact.
At just 20, it is understandable, but if he cannot get up to speed then he will not retain his place as Leeds are is a competitive battle to win promotion.
Pedraza yesterday sent a message out via Twitter insisting he is determined to start improving.
Pedraza has the potential to be a real difference maker if he can reproduce his form from Spanish second division side Lugo from earlier this season, where he bagged seven goals.
Leeds United supporters are offering their encouragement, and Pedraza will hope for a chance to become a hero when the Whites host rivals Sheffield Wednesday this weekend.
