Arsenal host Tottenham Hotspur tomorrow in the highly anticipated north London derby.
Arsenal superstar Alexis Sanchez will head into tomorrow’s crucial clash against Spurs on the back of a fine run of form, and he spoke to the club’s official website regarding his first taste of the north London derby two seasons ago.
The Gunners are in the midst of a fine run of form, after putting together a run of 15 games unbeaten following their 4-3 defeat to Liverpool on the opening day of the season, and head into tomorrow’s game as the favourites.
Tottenham, on the other hand, have struggled in recent weeks, and have failed to record a victory since their 2-0 win over Manchester City on October 2nd.
The continued absence of Harry Kane has not helped matters, although Mauricio Pochettino confirmed he will be part of the squad travelling to the Emirates tomorrow.

Sanchez, 27, first played in the north London derby in September 2014, and explained during an interview with arsenal.com how the first advice he was given was to start the game strong:
“It’s going to have everything. It’ll be a high-intensity match with plenty of hustle and bustle. I’ve played them a few times now and the first time I didn’t know what to expect. They told me I had to start strong, and I remember I got taken out early on but then told myself that wouldn’t happen again.”

Arsene Wenger will need Sanchez to be at his very best tomorrow, as the Frenchman looks to continue his fine record against Spurs – who have never finished above Arsenal in the league during Wenger’s reign in north London.
