The Arsenal star believes he shares qualities with the world’s best players.

Speaking to Spanish newspaper Sport, Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez has claimed he has the same qualities as Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.
Sanchez has been a huge hit at the Emirates Stadium since arriving from Barcelona in a big-money move back in 2014.
He currently has 30 goals in 68 league appearances for the Gunners, firmly establishing himself as one of the stars of the Premier League.
He is widely regarded as being among the best players, but not anywhere near that top tier currently occupied by Ronaldo and Messi.

That pair has set the standard that nobody else has reached over the last decade as evidenced by their domination of the Ballon D’or.
Sanchez though insists he does not feel inferior and claims he has similar qualities to both players.
“I have reached a level where I can compete with great players,” he told Sport.
“I do not feel inferior to anybody. I liken [my qualities] to Messi and Ronaldo. I have the same abilities as them.”

The onus is now on Sanchez to prove that he is at the same standard as Messi and Ronaldo this season.
There has been an influx of superstars into the Premier League this summer and Arsenal will need one of their own men to step up to help them compete.
Sanchez clearly thinks he is that man and must now prove that is the case to help the Gunners compete at the top of the table again.
