Nottingham Forest beat Derby County 1-0 on Monday night.

Nottingham Forest picked up a crucial three points on Monday night with a 1-0 win over local rivals Derby County, earning bragging rights over the Rams.
The game was settled with a very early goal, as Derby couldn’t clear Joe Lolley’s second minute free kick, and loanee Yohan Benalouane struck at the back post to score from close range.
Forest stood firm to keep a clean sheet and move just one point behind Derby, with both teams just on the fringes of the play-off places at this stage.
New boss Martin O’Neill will be delighted with the win and the clean sheet, which new signing Alexander Milsoevic played a key part in alongside Benalouane.
The Swede, 27, joined on a free transfer from AIK earlier this month, and was absolutely outstanding in the heart of the Forest defence, keeping Derby at bay.

Whilst fans are hailing Milosevic, he seems to have been hugely impressed with the performance of one of his Forest teammates; winger Lolley.
With seven goals and eight assists in 34 Championship outings this season, Lolley has been a star for Forest, and Milosevic took to Twitter to react to the 26-year-old’s display by saying ‘what a player, wow’, summing up how Forest fans feel about him.
