The Hornets youngster was linked with a move to Carrow Road on deadline day.

Alex Neil has told Sky Sports’ EFL Weekly podcast that he does not rue failing to sign another striker in the summer, despite missing out on Watford’s Jerome Sinclair.
Neil, the Norwich City boss, was linked with a deadline day loan move for Sinclair but a deal failed to materialise and the Canaries did not secure a replacement.

It does not appear to have affected them, however, with Norwich currently second in the Championship and only two points off the top.
Understandably, Neil has revealed he is content with his striking options.
When asked about his failure to add to his front line, and Sinclair in particular, the Scot told Sky Sports’ EFL Weekly podcast: “I think that can be well and truly put to bed.
“The fact that we’ve got Nelson (Oliveira) in… obviously there was sort of talk of people then leaving the club who didn’t then leave the club, so it didn’t necessarily leave us short.

“The one that we were sort of bringing in would have been based on other people maybe going out. We’ve got Kyle (Lafferty) and Steven Naismith, who’s played as a central striker before, so we’ve got enough options.”
Naismith previously admitted to Norwich’s official Youtube channel he could have left Carrow Road last month, with Sunderland, whose manager David Moyes signed him for Everton, heavily linked.
However, despite being left out of four consecutive matchday squads, the Scotland striker returned to dump his old side out of the EFL Cup last week.

Sinclair is yet to feature for Watford since arriving at Vicarage Road from Liverpool in the summer.
