Pedro Caixinha’s Glasgow Rangers recently signed Ryan Jack following his departure from Aberdeen.

Alex McLeish has been quoted as saying by The Daily Record that Ryan Jack is a good signing for Rangers.
Rangers recently competed the signing of Jack on a free transfer following the defensive midfielder’s departure from Scottish Premiership rivals Aberdeen at the end of the 2016-17 season.
The 25-year-old is one of the best players in his position in Scotland and played well for Aberdeen last season.
The former Scotland Under-21 international was a key figure in Derek McInnes’s side ending up ahead of Rangers in second place in the Scottish Premiership during the 2016-17 campaign.
Former Aberdeen defender and Rangers manager McLeish has praised Pedro Caixinha’s side for securing the services of Jack in the summer transfer window.
Ryan Jack
“It’s fair that Pedro picks players that he knows, rather than on the say-so of others,” The Daily Record quotes McLeish as saying. “As the Rangers fans do, they’ll always support the new manager.
“They brought in Ryan Jack, he’s the guy who lets other people play. I think that was a very shrewd investment.”
Rangers endured a disappointing season in 2016-17, as they failed to challenge Old Firm rivals Celtic for the Scottish Premiership title.
The Gers ended up third in the standings, and one suspects that the Ibrox outfit will be determined to finish second in the league table next season.
