The Gunners star has been answering fan questions on Twitter.
Arsenal midfielder Alex Iwobi has revealed his favourite Gunners player of all-time on social media, via comments appearing in The Mirror via FourFourTwo.
During the 20 year-old’s ‘Twitter Takeover’ the Nigerian answered a number of questions ranging from who his club icon was, his closest friend and what it was like to play against FC Barcelona at the Nou Camp.
The burning question of the day was who his favourite player for The Gunners was.
Iwobi told FourFourTwo: “Thierry Henry. Deffo”
“The goals he got and the player he was and he’s still advising me today. It’s definitely Thierry Henry”

The Arsenal star also revealed his two best friends at the club were Chuba Akpom and youth team player Glen Kamara, who is on loan at Colchester United.
“I knew Chuba from like three. [So] I’ve been with him playing Sunday League with him and we’re still at Arsenal together.”
Iwobi went on to mention that his low-sock style on the pitch is related to a pre-match ritual of his, though he states he has no particular superstitions.

Finally, the midfielder was posed what is was like playing at the Nou Camp versus La Blaugrana.
The Nigerian, in his run in the starting XI towards the end of last season, had his chance to dip his toe in the hotbed of European football.
Arsenal travelled to Catalonia to face Barcelona in their UEFA Champions League last 16 second leg tie in March, following a 0-2 humbling at The Emirates Stadium three weeks earlier.
Iwobi however was undaunted and showed the maturity he had domestically. He believes that occasion has set him up well for the future.
“It was just crazy. It was just an experience and a lesson learned for me.”
