Alex de Minaur missed out on back-to-back Libema Open titles, falling in the final to Kamil Majchrzak.

De Minaur had won the title in ‘s-Hertogenbosch in 2024, his second grass-court success following Eastbourne in 2021.

He came close to another this week but lost a tight final at the ATP 250 event, going down 6-3, 2-6, 7-6(7-5).

Majchrzak’s victory was his first-ever ATP Tour title. He’ll also be allowed back into the main draws of Tour-level events for the first time since serving a ban for doping violations.
