Alan Stubbs says Ronald Koeman does not share strong bonding with Everton fans.

Ronald Koeman might use social networking site Twitter to keep in touch with his fans and followers, but according to former Everton player, Alan Stubbs, the Dutchman shares a cold relationship with Everton fans.
Everton spent just under £150 million in the summer, but they have had a rough start to the season, winning just two of their eight Premier League games.
As a result, the pressure is mounting on Koeman, and Stubbs says that if the results do not improve the club should look for other options.
Stubbs, who made 169 league appearances for Everton, feels that Koeman shares a “cold relationship” with the Everton fans.
He says that there does not seem to be any sort of connection between him and the fans.

“With Ronald, there seems to be a real lack of connection between him and the fans,” Stubbs told Daily Star. “There doesn’t seem to be a bond.
“You see Klopp with the Liverpool fans, he seems to get it. With Koeman and the Everton fans, it seems to be a cold relationship.”
Stubbs had used Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp as an example, whose charisma has made him loved at Anfield.
The former Everton player also believes that Koeman’s team selection has been questionable at times, and that he should be accountable whether he likes it or not.

Stubbs adds that if Crystal Palace can sack Frank De Boer after just four games, Everton can also take a bold decision with Koeman if the results do not improve.
“Ronald is a calm and calculated person. Everton fans’ problem with Koeman is he doesn’t make decisions when needed.
“He seems to be playing like-for-like, he doesn’t change his formation when needed. There seems to be more questions than answers right now.”
“If Palace can do that after four games then no matter what size of contract Koeman’s on, the most important thing is the club and the team. And he is accountable for that team, whether he likes it or not.”
