West Bromwich Albion-owned Newcastle United striker Salomon Rondon scored both goals against Bournemouth in the Premier League this afternoon.

Alan Shearer has taken to Twitter to send a message to West Bromwich Albion-owned Newcastle United striker Salomon Rondon following his heroics against Bournemouth.
Rondon, who joined Newcastle on loan from Championship club West Brom in the summer transfer window, was the star of the show for the Magpies in their 2-1 win against the Cherries at St. James’ Park in the Premier League this afternoon.
The 29-year-old Venezuela international striker – who earns £60,000 per week as salary, according to Spotrac.com – scored both the goals for Rafael Benitez’s side.
The former Zenit Saint Petersburg star scored first in the seventh minute and then on 40 minutes.
Newcastle legend Shearer was following the match, and the former England international winger was delighted to see the Magpies pick up all three points from the encounter and has also sent a message to Rondon.

The win against Bournemouth was Newcastle’s second successive in the Premier League, and things are looking up for Benitez’s team.
Newcastle are now 14th in the Premier League table at the moment with nine points from 12 matches, just a point clear of the relegation zone.
