Mauricio Pochettino’s Tottenham Hotspur will face Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool in the Champions League final.

Liverpool will take on Premier League rivals Tottenham in the final of the Champions League at Wanda Metropolitano in Madrid on June 1.
Newcastle United legend Shearer has backed the Reds to win Europe’s premier club competition at the expense of Spurs.
The former England international striker, though, has suggested that Jurgen Klopp’s side may have lost some of the momentum.
Shearer wrote about Liverpool in The Sun: “On form, his side should beat Spurs. They did the double over them in the League this season. And there are not too many Spurs players who would get in this Liverpool side.
“Certainly, in defence, I would swap only one — Toby Alderweireld or Jan Vertonghen to partner Virgil van Dijk.
“I am still tipping Liverpool to edge it but you have to wonder if they will have lost a bit of momentum from having not played for three weeks.
“Yes, Spurs have had the same time off. But Liverpool finished the season so strongly, winning all of their last nine games to push City right to the wire.”

Liverpool are favourites
Liverpool have the better team than Tottenham, and the Merseyside outfit will head into the final as favourites.
The Reds have a better history in Europe than Spurs, and they also reached the final of the Champions League.
Liverpool have a mean defence as well, and if Harry Kane does not start for Spurs, then the Reds’ backline will feel more encouraged.
However, Tottenham have beaten Manchester City and max already in the competition this season, and the North London outfit will know that they have what it takes to get the better of Premier League rivals Liverpool in Madrid.
