Richarlison has made a brilliant start to life in the Premier League and has now attracted attention from Tottenham Hotspur.

Alan Pardew has told the Daily Mail that if Richarlison maintains his current form for the rest of the season, the Watford star could end up winning the Premier League Young Player of the Year award – and that should excite Tottenham fans.
The Brazilian only arrived at Vicarage Road in the summer, but he has taken virtually no time to adapt to the English game, scoring five times and contributing three assists in the top flight to help Marco Silva’s men make a fantastic start to the season.

The Daily Mirror reported earlier this month that Mauricio Pochettino has been impressed by Richarlison, and would like to bring him to Spurs in the future due to his potential and versatility. And perhaps Pardew’s assessment of the 20-year-old’s start in the top flight should help convince Pochettino that he should put the forward right at the top of his list of priority targets.
“If he continues to play like this, he will be a contender for Young Player of the Year in his debut season and Watford and their recruitment staff have done a very good job in bringing him in,” he told the Daily Mail. “He seems to find space so easily and then uses that space to create goal chances or to score himself.

“He makes it look easy. He looks to be a super talent.”
With Richarlison continuing to put in some sensational performances, it is surely becoming more and more imperative for Tottenham to make their move in January – if they are indeed plotting a move at some stage.
The longer he plays at his current level, the more teams that will surely enter the running for the signature, and the harder it will become for Spurs to ensure that they win the race for his signature.
And if he manages to impress during the Christmas period, Spurs should surely have little hesitation to pursue a deal in January as his value will surely only rise further if he remains at Watford until the end of the season.
