The Crystal Palace manager is hoping his former player stays quiet when they take on Everton this weekend.

Crystal Palace manager Alan Pardew has told the club’s official website that Yannick Bolasie has nothing to prove when Palace take on Everton on Friday.
The winger departed Selhurst Park in the summer transfer window as he made a big money move to Merseyside.
His departure was one that not many Palace fans were keen to see happen after he had established himself as a star with the Eagles over recent years.
So far he has been a big hit with the Toffees, forming a quick partnership with striker Romelu Lukaku.

Friday will represent the first time he has come up against his old side but his old manager insists he has nothing to prove.
“I love Yala but I just hope he is not going to have one of his super games that he is capable of but of course he will be looking to impress,” he told the club’s official website.
“He has nothing to prove to us or our fans, they still love him although I don’t think they are particularly happy that they have the song but that type of thing goes with a club signing big players.”

While Pardew is hoping that Bolasie will have a quiet afternoon against his old team, Everton will be hoping for the exact opposite.
They are desperate to bounce back in this game following the disappointing defeat to Bournemouth last weekend.
Bolasie was one of the poor performers in that game and a big display against his former employers will be more than welcome on Friday.
