Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha is good enough to play for Barcelona one day, claims under-fire Eagles boss Alan Pardew.
Zaha was subject to plenty of interest by fellow Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur during the transfer window but Palace stood firm and kept hold of the two time England international.
But Pardew admits that should a ‘top club’ come in with a huge bid for his player, then there is little he could do to stop the former Manchester United man leaving.

And the Crystal Palace manager admitted in the Croydon Advertiser that he could potentially see a club like Barcelona or Real Madrid coming in for the winger for a fee upwards of £50m in the future.
But would a club like Barcelona ever consider buying Zaha?
With just nine goals in 83 Premier League matches, the Eagles’ winger seems far from the £50m fee Pardew suggests and at 23, he is hardly the great prospect he was tipped to be when he signed for Manchester United in 2013.

Palace have made a winless start to the season and have won just two Premier League matches in 2016 but Pardew will still be positive following an encouraging transfer window that allowed him to bring in players such as Christian Benteke and Andros Townsend as well as keep hold of stars like Zaha.
The 23-year-old wideman scored just twice last season for the Eagles though Pardew expects him to improve his tally in the coming years -even if that does end up attracting interest from some of the best teams in world football.
