Aston Villa have had to endure a woeful campaign in the Championship this season.

Villa defender Alan Hutton sat down for a light-hearted Q&A session with the club’s official website, and fielded a series of questions concerning his teammates.

The 32-year-old moved to Villa Park in the summer of 2011, but he has struggled to endear himself to the Villa faithful.

He has spent three separate spells away from the club on loan, but the divisive character has played a fairly prominent role in the Villans’ campaign thus far, making 28 appearances in all competitions for Steve Bruce’s side.

The Scotland international will be hoping that he can help his side finish off their season in a strong manner, however, and with his contract set to expire in the summer, he will essentially be playing for his future at Villa Park.

And Hutton spoke to AVFC.co.uk for a light-hearted Q&A session, responding to a question asking him who the best trainer at the club is:

“I will have to go for James Chester. He does everything right from as soon as he walks into the building to the minute he leaves.”

Chester moved to Villa Park in the summer of 2016, for a fee believed to be in the region of £8 million, and has arguably been one of only two success stories at the club this term, along side Jonathan Kodjia.
