The Tottenham Hotspur boss suggested that he wouldn’t sign anyone this month on Sunday.

Alan Brazil has told said via his Sports Breakfast show on talkSPORT on Monday morning that Mauricio Pochettino made a “crazy statement” by ruling out Tottenham Hotspur arrivals.
Tottenham could be five points adrift of Liverpool in the race for a top-four finish tonight if the Reds beat Swansea City in South Wales.
Spurs dropped two points in Sunday’s 1-1 draw at Southampton but Pochettino said afterwards that he was happy with his squad, playing down the prospect of signing anyone.

He told The Evening Standard: “I am not concerned and I am happy with the squad that we have.
“If something happens then maybe all the conditions are to try to sign some player but of course it’s not a problem.”
Harry Kane was the Lilywhites’ hero again at the weekend, cancelling out an earlier Davinson Sanchez own goal for what was his 21st Premier League goal of the campaign.

As ever, Tottenham’s season hinges on the 24-year-old staying fit, and Brazil admits he is surprised to hear Pochettino saying that he is happy with a squad that, in his view, is far from “top class”.
He told talkSPORT: “It’s a crazy statement I think. I don’t want to repeat myself but if anything happens to Harry, or even Dele – what if they both get injured? – they don’t have a big squad, not a top-class squad. They’re going to miss out on the top four.”
Pochettino has been linked with moves for Malcom and Lucas Moura, but time will tell whether these rumours amount to anything.
