Mark Warburton’s Glasgow Rangers could get hammered by Celtic at Ibrox in the Scottish Premiership in December.

Former Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United forward Alan Brazil has suggested in The Sunday Post that Rangers could suffer a heavy defeat to Celtic in December.
Rangers will take on Old Firm rivals Celtic at Ibrox in the Scottish Premiership on Saturday, December 31.
The Gers faced the Bhoys away from home at Celtic Park in the league in September. It was supposed to be a competitive game of football, but Celtic hammered Rangers 5-1.
Former Tottenham and Ipswich Town forward Brazil is a Celtic fan, and he has suggested that the Gers could get hammered yet again.

“And if things are this good just a few months in, I reckon there’s every chance that come December, January time, Celtic will be a frightening prospect,” Brazil wrote in The Sunday Post.
“That will have Hoops fans cock-a-hoop. And it will have Rangers supporters dreading the Hogmanay clash. The gap between the Old Firm has been narrowing since Rangers’ demotion in 2012.
“It has started to widen again and, unless Mark Warburton sorts things, another rout is on the cards.”

Celtic have a better squad than Rangers and should head into the match at Ibrox in December as favourites.
The Hoops are going strong in the Scottish Premiership at the moment and are favourites to win the league title.
Rangers have not looked too convincing so far, but things could change for Mark Warburton’s side in the coming weeks and months.
Celtic are at the top of the Scottish Premiership table at the moment with 19 points from seven matches, while Rangers are fifth with 12 points from eight games.
