Will Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal fail to finish in the top four of the Premier League this season?
The former Tottenham and Manchester United forward does not fancy Spurs or Arsenal to clinch a Champions League place.
Brazil said on The Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast show on talkSPORT on Friday morning (7:13am, January 19, 2018): “I have got this horrible feeling that Spurs and Arsenal could both miss out this year, the top four. I hope I am wrong.”
Tottenham and Arsenal are not going to win the Premier League title this season, but the North London clubs are very much in the race for the top four.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side are going strong in the league, and given the quality of players that they have, they should be confident of finishing in the top four.
Of course, Chelsea and Liverpool are not going to make it easy, but with some of their key players now back from injury, Spurs will be optimistic of ending the season strongly.
Arsenal, though, are in danger of finishing outside of the Champions League places once again this season.
The Gunners missed out on a top-four spot last season, and their recent performances and results have not been great, although it must be said that they won quite handsomely in the league on Saturday.
