Alan Brazil claims he’s heard Tottenham Hotspur’s ground won’t be ready for next season

Tottenham Hotspur are set to move into their new ground next season.

According to Alan Brazil on his own TalkSPORT breakfast show, which was broadcast on 13th October, he’s heard that Tottenham Hotspur’s new stadium will not be ready for next season.

Spurs were expected to move into their new home for the 2018/19 campaign, but Brazil claims that he’s heard there is no chance of that happening.

He said: “Only yesterday I heard that there’s not a hope in hell that the new stadium will be ready for the new season.”

Spurs, themselves, have been constantly updating fans on the progress of the new ground, and the structure is looking impressive currently.

Tottenham have not put any official statements out stating that they are behind schedule with the building work of their new ground.

If Spurs are unable to move into their new home next season, it will be a major blow for Mauricio Pochettino’s side’s plans.

Tottenham have struggled at Wembley this season, and have dropped more points at the national stadium than they did during the whole of last campaign at White Hart Lane.
