Forest returned to winning ways in the Championship on Saturday afternoon, as they got the better of Hull 2-0 away from home at the KCOM Stadium.
After a goalless first half, Lewis Grabban put the Reds in the lead on 61 minutes, and Joe Lolley doubled the advantage on 64 minutes.
The win against Hull means that Forest are now seventh in the Championship with 30 points from 18 matches, just a point behind sixth-placed Derby County.
Forest manager Karanka has taken to Twitter to revel in the win against Hull, with some fans of the Reds responding to his message.

Forest are doing well at the moment, and the Reds are very much in the running for the Championship playoffs.
Given that Karanka’s side are only six points behind leaders Norwich City, they can certainly aim for the two automatic promotion spots.
Forest will take on Aston Villa away from home at Villa Park in the Championship on Wednesday evening.
