The 26-year-old Uruguay international has been heavily linked with an exit from the Riverside Stadium this month, with Leicester City thought to be leading the race for his signature, according to the Sun.
But Karanka dealt a blow to the Foxes’ hopes of bringing the playmaker to the King Power Stadium over the next couple of days, sharing that his club have not received any further bids for Ramirez, as quoted by the Birmingham Mail:

“There has not been another bid. I don’t care. He will be here at the end of January, 100 per cent.”
The former Southampton man made the permanent move to Teesside in the summer of 2016, having spent the second half of the previous campaign on loan with Karanka’s men.
