Tom Davies has barely featured for Everton so far this season.

Everton boss Marco Silva seemingly has had reservations over utilising Davies so far this season, with the youngster barely getting any action.
Davies had a brilliant international break though, where he shone for the England under-21 side.
And Bothroyd thinks that Davies has all the capabilities to play in defensive midfield at Everton.
“If they gave him a holding role I think he’d be really good at that,” Bothroyd said.
When utilised at Everton, Silva has generally stationed Davies in a more advanced role.

The problem for the combative midfielder is that Everton have Andre Gomes and Fabian Delph occupying their defensive midfield slots at the moment, and breaking in over either of the pair looks a very tough task.
The worry is that Davies could be left on Everton’s bench for much of the season, which is hardly aiding his development.
It leaves Silva with a tough decision to make over the youngster, and it would not be a massive surprise if Davies did leave on loan on January.
Everton are next in action on Sunday when they take on Bournemouth.
