Wolverhampton Wanderers are said to be keen to snap up Ahmed Musa from Leicester City.

According to a report in Sabah, Wolverhampton Wanderers want Ahmed Musa – and that is the first transfer target of Nuno’s that there could be question marks over this summer.

Wolves have been linked with some wonderfully gifted players since their promotion to the Premier League, with the Midlands side seemingly having large funds to spend.

The likes of Jack Wilshere, Jack Butland and Yaya Toure have all been linked with a move to Molineux and the trio would be wonderful additions.

However, the signing of Musa would have to be questioned, after his showings in England so far.

Musa signed for Leicester in 2016, but he has scored just five times in 33 appearances for the Foxes.

The 25-year-old’s pace cannot be faulted, but he has often looked weak in possession, and his lack of end product has caused frustration.

Musa just doesn’t seem at all suited to Premier League football and if Wolves were to bring him in, there would have to be big question marks over the transfer.
