United are arguably the biggest club in England and have Ten Hag as their manager.
Martinez worked with Ten Hag at Ajax, and the chance to play under him again in England could be tempting for him.
Harry Maguire struggled last season, so Martinez could simply replace him in the United starting lineup.
Ben White and Gabriel are the two main centre-backs at Arsenal, and it would be tough for Martinez to break that partnership.
