The Manchester City boss has treated key personnel in a surprising way in his time at the club.
“As a coach, he was fantastic. As a person, I’ve no comments about that, that’s something else. He’s not a man, there’s nothing more to say.”
The above quote, courtesy of Sky Sports, is one of the more polite things Manchester United forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic had to say about his former manager Pep Guardiola, and given how ruthlessly Guardiola has acted at Manchester City, it’s easy to see why.

Sergio Aguero looks to be the latest superb footballer thrown towards the exit door by Guardiola’s hand, as City’s former spine of Joe Hart, Vincent Kompany, Yaya Toure and Aguero is finished.
Hart, England’s best goalkeeper, was sent on loan to Torino after Guardiola seemingly deemed him unworthy of making a five yard pass, and was replaced with a £15.4 million, according to BBC Sport, sieve otherwise known as Claudio Bravo.
Kompany’s injury issues will keep him out the side, and while Toure remains a key member, he was exiled for three months and initially dropped from City’s Champions League squad, causing complete havoc, before Guardiola made a U turn following a Toure apology.

Now it seems a world class striker in Aguero isn’t good enough for Pep, who is slowly being frozen out for seemingly no reason. Apparently, 11 goals in 18 Premier League matches isn’t good enough.
Guardiola’s accomplishments are legendary, that cannot be disputed. His man management skills however, leave much for debate.
