The Hull City right-back is out of contract at the end of the season and reportedly on Everton’s radar.
Hull City full-back Ahmed Elmohamady may leave the KCom stadium at the end of the season, the Hull Daily Mail reports, with Everton recently credited with an interest.
The Egyptian international has featured in all but one of The Tigers’ games back in the top flight this season thanks to an injury to Moses Odubajo on the eve of the campaign, with his energy and pinpoint crossing from the right flank making him a vital component of Mike Phelan’s side.
However, Elmohamady’s performances alone will not be enough to stave off fears of an immediate return to the Championship. Hull are currently bottom of the Premier League after picking up just 13 points from 20 fixtures.

And the 29-year-old’s agent admits that there is no guarantee that he will still be wearing amber and black this time next season.
“It is possible that he moves to another team,” agent Nader Shawky admitted, as reported by the Hull Daily Mail.
“He is one of the most successful Egyptian players who have played in England. We have three or four offers all from the English Premier League.
“Elmohamady is still tied with his contract with Hull City, but in the case of relegation he wants to move to another team.”
The Yorkshire Post reported recently that Everton were interested in pursuing the £4 million-rated right-back, who has just one year left on his current contract.

However, links with Elmohamady, who would likely play the role of understudy to Seamus Coleman, is unlikely to sate Everton fan’s appetites for a marquee signing.
The likes of Ever Banega, Axel Witsel and Moussa Sissoko have all been linked with The Toffees in recent months and it’s fair to say a player who has spent his career in English football fighting relegation is will not elicit the same level of intrigue.
