Reported Liverpool target Khvicha Kvaratskhelia could cost as much as £87m according to the winger’s agent, with the Napoli superstar a potential signing for the Reds in 2023.
Speaking to Fabrizio Romano’s YouTube channel, agent Christian Emile predicted his client to one day leave Napoli for an outrageous sum of £87m, with Liverpool one of the clubs believed to be interested in signing Kvaratskhelia after a breakout season with the Serie A side.
Kvaratskhelia joined Napoli in the summer and has since gone on to become arguably the breakout player in European football this season, with the 21-year-old bagging eight goals and ten assists in all competitions as the Italian giants top the Serie A standings and finished ahead of Liverpool in their UEFA Champions League group.
Arriving from Georgian side Dinamo Batumi, Kvaratskhelia’s signing has been nothing short of a masterstroke from Napoli, and according to Calciomercato, Liverpool are keeping tabs on the youngster, with Manchester City also monitoring the European sensation.

After such a phenomenal season, hype around Kvaratskhelia is at an all-time high. And according to the winger’s agent, the forward could leave Napoli for a huge transfer fee amid interest from Liverpool. Emile said: “People are talking about €100m (£87m).
“If he continues to perform like this until the end of the season and does it again next season, because I don’t see Napoli selling him now, there’s zero chance. But if he does continue as he’s doing now until the end of the season, and replicates the same form next season, he will reach €100m for sure.”
Liverpool must be certain they want Kvaratskhelia before making £87m signing

Kvaratskhelia has taken Europe by storm this season as the winger has inspired Napoli to their best-ever start in Europe and Serie A in quite some time. And for Liverpool, it makes sense why the attacker would now be on their radar, yet the Reds must be certain they want to sign the youngster before committing to such a transfer fee.
After all, Liverpool have invested huge sums into players who simply never worked out at Anfield, and whilst Kvaratskhelia is looking like to be a certain banker for the future, there’s always that small risk that the forward could struggle with Premier League life if the Merseyside giants are to make the move in the future.
