West Ham United are allegedly keen on Diego Laxalt.

The agent of Genoa wide man Diego Laxalt has told RMC Sport that he is talking to Manuel Pellegrini about a move for the Uruguayan.
Laxalt, 25, came up through the ranks with Defensor Sporting before heading to Inter Milan in 2013, but he failed to make a single appearance for the San Siro club.
Loan spells with Bologna, Empoli and Genoa followed, and he joined the latter permanently in 2016, where he has continued to impress.
Capable of playing at left back, left wing back or on the left wing, Laxalt has been a consistent performer for Genoa, and hit three goals and three assists in 32 games last season.
Laxalt then enjoyed a fine summer, as having been on the bench for Uruguay’s first two games at the World Cup, he was then brought into Oscar Tabarez’s side down the left, and his impressive performances saw him earn huge praise.
Unsurprisingly, Laxalt’s displays for club and country, as well as his versatility, have seen him attract major interest, with Tutto Mercato Web recently reporting that a €12million bid (£10.7million) has been lodged by West Ham United.
Now, agent Angel Krasouski has spoken to RMC Sport about the situation, admitting that Laxalt was promised that he could start looking for a new club after the World Cup, as he wants a change of project and to benefit financially with a bigger team.

Krasouski added that Napoli are keen, but West Ham have already made a proposal, and he is talking to Manuel Pellegrini and Mario Husillos about a deal, though Genoa owner Enrico Preziosi will ultimately decide his price tag – and it may have increased off the back of his World Cup.
“Preziosi promised him last year that he would have started the process after the World Cup, there are chances of starting towards an important team, it’s the intention, to change for a new project and also economically,” said Krasouski.
“So many clubs, not only Italian but also foreign, there are rumours, Napoli and also West Ham are interested. They made a proposal, I know the sporting director [Husillos] and Pellegrini. We are talking, we will see what will happen. Preziosi…it is he who will decide the price of the player, I believe that after Diego’s World Cup, this will be climbed but I can not answer,” he added.
