Leeds tried to sign Moise Kean in January.

Leeds United made an ambitious enquiry about Juventus talent Moise Kean in the summer.

They were unsuccessful, and consider him off the table in the summer too – at least on a permanent deal.

His high profile agent Mino Raiola spoke out this week and declared he believes his young client is worth 75 million Euros (£65m).

He was speaking in reaction to Monaco’s £17 million swoop for 16-year-old Genoa strike Pietro Pellegri.

He was quoted by Tuttomercatoweb: “Kean is worth 75 then, for me he is stronger than Pellegri.”

Kean, 17, scored a brace at the weekend for loan side Hellas Verona.

Gianluca di Marzio reported in January that Leeds United had made an enquiry with Juventus about signing Kean on loan themselves.

Raiola is one of the toughest negotiators in the business and he has always demanded top prices for his stars, once claiming Mario Balotelli to be worth £200 million.

His high valuation of Kean is likely to be shared by Juventus, who won’t be letting him go permanently, with Leeds’ only hope a future loan deal, if he is made available.
