Vincent Janssen’s future at Tottenham Hotspur is very much up in the air.

The agent of injured Tottenham Hotspur striker Vincent Janssen has admitted to ESPN that he does not know what the future holds for his client.
Janssen spent last season on loan at Fenerbahce, but a long-term injury scuppered his chances of leaving Tottenham on a permanent basis last summer.
The Dutchman, a £17 million signing in 2016 [Daily Mail], only managed to score once from open play during a disappointing first season in North London.
Even if he was fit, it seems unlikely that Mauricio Pochettino is going to use him, and his agent concedes that he isn’t all that sure where he’ll be plying his trade in the long term.
He told ESPN: “We don’t know what will happen. His focus is first to get 100 percent fit and then we will see what happens.
“There’s not much more to do right now, he wants to be fit and play but we will see.”
Back in August, Janssen was ruled out until Christmas and with the festive period approaching, it remains to be seen whether Pochettino will have him available.
He can’t be a much worse option than Fernando Llorente, who is heavily linked with a return to Spain in the January transfer window.
Janssen joined Spurs in the same window as Moussa Sissoko, who only now has become a big player for the North Londoners.
Could Janssen actually do a Sissoko and become the plan-b striking option that Pochettino has wanted for years? It’s unlikely, but never say never.
