Tottenham Hotspur have been heavily linked with the Turkish international.
The agent of long-term Tottenham Hotspur transfer target Yunus Malli has spoken about his future this week.
Speaking to Bild, Ilhan Malli, his uncle and advisor admitted there is movement in the market and he could move if an ’interesting’ offer arises:
“We work well with Mainz.

“If interesting offers come, we’ll get together.
“A bit of movement is already on the market. But this is probably only going to start at the beginning of January.”
It was reported by Fussball News in Germany that Malli did have contact with Spurs regarding a transfer this summer.
However, the report claimed the Turkish international informed the English club of his desire to remain in the Bundesliga at this point in his career.

It was initially reported by the Daily Mail that the Spurs wanted Malli as a cheap alternative to Georginio Wijnaldum, who went on to join Liverpool from Newcastle United, in the summer.
The 24-year-old, who notched 11 goals and four assists from midfield last season, had a release clause of €10 million (£8.4 million) but that clause ran out on the 31st July – as reported by the Mirror.
Tottenham’s Harry Winks
Spurs would be making an interesting move if they went for Malli again now. While his form has been excellent, scoring eight goals and picking up five assists in 21 appearances, Spurs have plenty of midfield options and Harry Winks’ emergence adds to that.
But with the club currently struggling to pick up wins perhaps returning for Malli could be a good move from Mauricio Pochettino.
