The VfL Wolfsburg midfielder has seemingly caught the eye for Spurs.
Tottenham Hotspur are said to be interested in the signing of talented young midfielder Murat Saglam.
The 18-year-old is currently on the books at German side VfL Wolfsburg but is said to be catching the eye of several other teams in Europe.
Aksam are reporting that Tottenham Hotspur, West Ham and PSV Eindhoven are all keen on the player.

His agent however told the Turkish publication that Spurs were extremely keen. Muzzi Ozcan, who also represents Borussia Dortmund talent Emre Mor, stated:
“Murat is quite a talented player, a modern offensive midfielder.

“Tottenham especially are showing very keen interest. For now I can only say it.”
The teenage attacking midfielder is a Turkish under-19 international and has played for Wolfsburg since he was a kid. According to Transfermarkt he is out of contract in the summer and that will no doubt please Spurs if they are interested in pursuit of the player.
He has not yet made his debut for the Wolfsburg first-team but has clearly done enough to catch the eye in youth-team action.
General view of Wolfsburg fans
Spurs have a fine youth system at present, producing plenty of local talent but they remain on the hunt for top young players from around the globe.
The Turkish whizz-kid might make a perfect candidate.
