Dortmund starlet Emre Mor is on the move and he is already in negotiations with both Everton and Huddersfield Town.

The ongoing uncertainty surrounding the future of Ousmane Dembele means the potential departure of another highly-rated young Borussia Dortmund attacker has rather gone under the radar in recent weeks.

Yet, after just one season in Germany, 20-year-old Turkish starlet Emre Mor looks set to be on the move this summer despite being one of the most sought-after talents in world football just 12 months ago.

While his move from Danish side Nordsjaelland to the Signal Iduna Park was far from successful, Mor started only five Bundesliga games last season, Dortmund’s decision to let him go has still come as a surprise with his potential undoubted.

And it’s a measure of his talent that there is no shortage of interest. As reported by the Liverpool Echo, there is at least two teams in the Premier League willing to offer Mor a lifeline.

“We held talks with both Everton and Huddersfield. Two Bundesliga clubs were also interested,” Mor’s agent, Bariz Soofizadeh, was quoted as saying. “Emre wanted to go to Real Madrid or Barcelona however neither expressed an interest in him.”

After a move to Inter Milan fell through last week, as reported by the ESPN, it looks increasingly likely that Mor will continue his career in the Premier League.

Everton is an intriguing destination, Ronald Koeman’s side spending big in an attempt to gate-crash the top four this season.

However, with Davy Klaassen and Gylfi Sigurdsson already arriving to boost Everton’s attacking midfield options, you wonder whether a lack of first-team opportunities would once again be an issue for the 20-year-old.

Newly promoted Huddersfield, meanwhile, have broken their transfer record four times in a stunning summer window and have reaped the rewards with two wins out of two in the Premier League.

And Mor, who is available for £12 million according to The Express, would ease the creative burden on Aaron Mooy.
