Kouassi Eboue’s agent has suggested that the midfielder is similar to Tottenham ace Victor Wanyama.
The agent of Krasnodar midfielder Kouassi Eboue has told The Express that the Celtic-bound teenager could be as good as Tottenham’s Victor Wanyama in just one year.
Celtic may be heading towards the Scottish Premiership title at a canter having dropped just two points in their 20 league games so far, but manager Brendan Rodgers is still keen to add to his squad.

Another midfielder has been on Rodgers’ wish list, and he appears to have landed one, with Krasnodar ace Kouassi Eboue set to make the move to Glasgow.
The 19-year-old midfielder has only played 19 first-team games for the Russian side following a 2014 move from Armenian outfit Shirak, but his potential appears to have caught Celtic’s attention.
Having impressed in the Europa League with two assists in six games, Eboue is now heading to Celtic after the Bhoys agreed a £2.8million deal with Krasnodar for his signature, though the Ivorian will need a work permit.

Celtic fans may not be too familiar with Eboue, but his agent has talked him up ahead of the move, telling The Express that Eboue is similar to former Celtic star and current Tottenham ace Victor Wanyama.
Wanyama was a relative unknown when he joined Celtic from Germinal Beerschot in 2011, but he became a dominant player for the Bhoys, eventually leading to moves to Southampton and Spurs.
Now, agent Yves Amagbegnon has told The Express that Eboue is powerful, like Wanyama, and tipped his client to become just as good as the Spurs star in a year’s time, predicting interest in his signature once he’s had chance to work with Rodgers.
“Eboue is not yet at the level of Wanyama but I believe he can reach this standard in a year and will have lots of clubs interested in him,” said Amagbegnon. “Just like Wanyama, Eboue is a powerful player and wants to learn. He is ready for this move, even though he is very young and has not played many games in Russia.”
“Eboue had other options across Europe and the chance to stay in Russia, but he was impressed by what Brendan Rodgers has planned for him at Celtic. Celtic is a great club and if everything is OK then this is a very good move for the player,” he added.
