Reece James is back in Chelsea training ahead of Mauricio Pochettino’s side showdown against Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal.
Chelsea’s all-action right-back has been out of action since the opening week of the new Premier League season.
And whilst fans were hopeful of Reece James returning for the visit of Arsenal on Saturday evening, there was a bit of a scare that their newly-appointed captain had suffered a setback.
But the 23-year-old had the biggest smile on his face, as he posted a message to fans via his Instagram overnight.
It seems as though there was no setback for Reece James and the £250k-a-week star (Spotrac) will be in contention to face unbeaten Arsenal who are sitting second in the table.
Whether the England international is ready to start remains to be seen, but to the surprise of many, this is what he posted on IG.

Reece James returns from injury
“Against all the odds,” wrote a smiling and cheerful James.
Chelsea’s chance to send out a statement
Before the international break, Arsenal beat Treble-winners Manchester City to send out a statement of intent to all that they are serious about becoming champions of England.
Well, given how life has started for Mauricio Pochettino at Stamford Bridge, then this is his chance to send out his own statement.
If Chelsea can beat Arsenal here, then it will go a long way to helping the London club climb the table and signal to all that they are ready to compete near the top of the tree.
