‘Advantage Arsenal’: Some Tottenham Hotspur fans react after what happened last night

Some Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to the sending-off of Nicolas Pepe during Arsenal’s match against Leeds United last night.

Pepe was shown a straight red card in the opening minutes of the second half of the Premier League game between Leeds and Arsenal at Elland Road on Sunday evening.

The 25-year-old winger pushed his head against Leeds star Ezgjan Alioski’s face in the 51st minute in an off-the-ball incident and was sent off.

Although Arsenal managed to play out a goalless draw with the West Yorkshire club, the Gunners will be without the Ivory Coast international for the upcoming North London derby.

The Gunners will take on Tottenham away from home at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in the Premier League on December 5.

Pepe will be suspended for the match, and some Tottenham fans on Twitter seem to think that it will give the Gunners an advantage as they wanted the winger to face their side, presumably because they do not rate him highly.
