Liverpool youngster Caomihin Kelleher showed his potential this week.

Adrian has been an excellent signing this season for Liverpool. He was brought in as emergency cover for Alisson, and then pressed right into action with the Brazilian suffering an opening game injury.
The former West Ham star signed a two year deal and has provided excellent cover so far.
Any plans he might have of extending that contract past 2021 suffered a blow this week.
That was because of the terrific display put in by young stopper Caomihim Kelleher on his competitive Liverpool debut this week.
Kelleher kept a clean sheet in the 2-0 victory and pulled off one acrobatic highlight reel save from close range.
The young Irishman has impressed in pre-season before and this was a good test of his temperament as well as his talent to deal with the step up.

Kelleher passed with flying colours and at just 20 is a terrific prospect.
Next season a loan might be useful for him, just like Polish youngster Kamil Grabara, who is out at Huddersfield Town.
Adrian is a quality stop gap for now, but Kelleher’s performance this week was a reminder to him to enjoy this Liverpool opportunity and adventure while it lasts.
Not only is Alisson Becker closing in on a return from injury to reclaim the number one spot, but Kelleher is pushing for the back-up role.
