Adrian has told West Ham’s Andriy Yarmolenko on his Instagram story that ‘we are all with you’ amid Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

The Liverpool goalkeeper posted the message of support to the Ukraine international amid the chaos ensuing at the hands of Russia’s president, Vladimir Putin.

Over the weekend, West Ham showed their support to their player, prior to their win against Wolves, as Adrian posted this message on his IG story regarding the war.

“We are all with you, brother,” posted Adrian to Yarmolenko.

Given the upsetting scenes in Ukraine, Yarmolenko has been given time off by West Ham.

As was proven at Goodison Park over the weekend, the Ukrainian players in the Premier League are being supported as a war engulfs their homeland.

Both Everton’s Vitaliy Mykolenko and Manchester City’s Oleksandr Zinchenko were unused subs during the Premier League clash on Saturday evening.

Before the game, both players embraced, including signs of support from both sets of fans, clubs, players and managers.

Pep Guardiola has confirmed that Zinchenko will play Man City’s FA Cup tie at Championship side, Peterborough on Tuesday night, as he tries to take his mind off what’s happening on the outside.

As for Yarmolenko, he will be given continued support, as FIFA and UEFA ban Russia, and any teams associated with it, from football because of the Russia-Ukraine war.
