Former Arsenal midfielder Adrian Clarke speaks highly of Tottenham Hotspur youngster Harry Winks.

Winks is an emerging Tottenham talent and is playing quite well for the North London outfit at the moment.
The 21-year-old midfielder performed admirably against Real Madrid at the Wembley Stadium in London in the Champions League recently and has already earned a cap for the England national football team.
Former Arsenal midfielder Clarke, 43, has outlined what Winks brings to the Tottenham team and how he is different from his fellow midfielders at Spurs.

“Displaying maturity, determination, nimble feet and a terrific football brain, it is clear the Spurs academy graduate has a huge role to play this season,” Clarke wrote about Winks on PremierLeague.com.
“Physically, he offers a different skill set to his main rivals in the side, and that is important. Victor Wanyama, Eric Dier and Mousa Dembele are all tall, muscular midfielders.
“But up against smaller opponents they can look cumbersome on the turn, or when reacting to sharp one-twos.
“Winks, who has a much lower centre of gravity and good pace over shorter distances, handles those situations better.”

Winks is a superb midfielder who has a wide passing range and is very comfortable on the ball.
Of course, there is a lot for the Englishman to learn and improve upon as he is only 21 years of age, but working under a brilliant manager such as Mauricio Pochettino is only going to make him better.
Tottenham will face bitter North London rivals Arsenal in the Premier League this weekend.
