Adnan Januzaj could return to the Premier League in January.

Newcastle United may have a bitter rivalry with Sunderland, but they suddenly have a penchant for signing former Black Cats loanees.
Since Newcastle’s relegation from the Premier League in 2016, they have signed a former Sunderland loanee in each year, becoming an odd quirk of Rafael Benitez’s recruitment.
DeAndre Yedlin arrived in 2016, Javier Manquillo in 2017, both directly after loan moves to Sunderland, and then Ki Sung-yueng joined this past summer, four years since his stint on Wearside.
Now, another ex-Sunderland loanee has opened the door for a Premier League return – and Newcastle should be looking to bring him back to the North East to add to their surprise ex-Mackem contingent.
Former Manchester United winger Adnan Januzaj has revealed to Sky Sports that he had offers from Premier League clubs after the World Cup, and two offers for January, with Newcastle surely in the market for another winger.
Kenedy is only on loan, whilst Jacob Murphy and Christian Atsu are struggling this term, with Januzaj’s quality potentially bringing a real spark to an often limited Newcastle attack.

Now with Real Sociedad, Januzaj hit three goals and five assists last season before scoring against England at the World Cup over the summer, and has his best years ahead of him at just 23.
Januzaj shouldn’t break the bank either, having cost less than £10million just over a year ago, and if he is open to a Premier League return, Newcastle should look to bring him in to provide more ammunition in the final third.
