Dwight Gayle scored twice for Newcastle United against Leeds United in the Championship at the weekend.

Former Brighton & Hove Albion and Celtic player Adam Virgo has praised Newcastle United striker Dwight Gayle on social networking site Twitter.
Gayle joined Championship club Newcastle from Premier League outfit Crystal Palace in the summer transfer window.
According to Sky Sports, the Magpies had to pay Palace a transfer fee of £10 million in order to secure the services of the 26-year-old striker.
The former Peterborough United striker failed to make a big impact in the Premier League, but he has been superb for Newcastle so far this season.
Gayle has scored 13 goals and created 14 chances in 13 Championship appearances for Newcastle so far this season.
The striker found the net twice against Leeds United away from home at Elland Road in the league on Sunday afternoon, as Rafael Benitez’s side won 2-0.

Virgo has praised Gayle on Twitter and has made the following post on the social networking site:
Gayle has proved to be a brilliant signing for Newcastle, who are firm favourites to win the Championship title this season.
The striker seems to be enjoying himself playing under Benitez, and the club’s fans are certainly optimistic about wining automatic promotion to the Premier League at the end of the season.
