Leeds United midfielder Adam Forshaw is yet to start a game this season, due to injury.
Forshaw missed the start of the season with injury, and he has been kept in reserve so far.
Forshaw has only been used from the substitutes’ bench since his return to fitness.
But the 27-year-old insists that he is doing all he can in training to catch Bielsa’s eye.
“I’m training as hard as I can and biding my time,” the £4 million signing (Daily Mail) said. “Every player wants to play from the start and I’m raring to go. He’s a perfectionist and he wants everything done professionally and right but I think at times he doesn’t mind if the technical things aren’t quite there.
“The fundamentals – high intensity and controlled aggression – he looks for that in his team. Eventually he believes the technique comes through as well.”
Forshaw’s task of breaking into Leeds’ team looks to be a difficult one, as competition is fierce.
Leeds have been in excellent form and Mateusz Klich, who is Forshaw’s main rival for a place, has been one of their stars of the season.
Forshaw now has two weeks to impress on the training ground, ahead of the Whites’ next match.
Leeds are next in action in two weekends’ time when they take on Blackburn Rovers.
