Newcastle United reportedly want to sell Adam Armstrong in the summer transfer window.

The 21-year-old striker – who earns £5,000 per week as salary, according to Spotrac.com – was out on loan last season, first at Bolton Wanderers and then at Blackburn Rovers.
According to The Sun, Newcastle are ready to sell the youngster and want £3 million as transfer fee for the England Under-21 international.
Armstrong, though, has stated that he has not been told if he will be part of Rafael Benitez’s first team next season or will be sent out on loan.
The youngster told The Shields Gazette: “For me, it’s taking every day as it comes. I’m training hard.
“No-one’s said I’m going out on loan or leaving or staying. I’ve just got to keep on working every day and showing the gaffer what I can do.”

First-team chances
Armstrong has made only a handful of first-team appearances for Newcastle so far in his career.
The youngster has not been given too many chances in the first team, and perhaps manager Benitez should look to do so next season.
Newcastle will be aiming to finish in the top 10 of the Premier League during the 2018-19 campaign.
