Newcastle are reportedly willing to listen to offers for Lazaar.

Newcastle United outcast Achraf Lazaar’s agent has told Italian outlet TuttoMercatoWeb that he wants to return to St. James’ Park and have a future under Rafa Benitez.
The 26-year-old was sent on a season-long loan to Serie A side Benevento last summer after falling down the pecking order at Tyneside since his move from Palermo in 2016.
However, he managed just 10 appearances in all competitions for the Italian outfit, who were relegated after finishing rock bottom of the top tier of Italian football with just 21 points from 38 games.

Nevertheless, Lazaar’s agent, Roberto De Fanti, has stated the defender’s position, stating that he wants to fight for his place in the north east and is desperate to continue working with current Toon boss Benitez.
“Lazaar has a contract until 2021 with Newcastle, he wants to return to play for Benitez and he intends to refuse all the other destinations,” De Fanti said. “Achraf wants to play his cards in the Premier League.”

The Chronicle claimed Newcastle have placed Morocco international Lazaar on the transfer list, and are willing to listen to offers for the left-sided flop with his chances of resurrecting a Newcastle career almost zero.
Paul Dummett remains the club’s first-choice left-back, while Javier Manquillo and Ciaran Clark are also able to play on the left side of defence.
