The Spanish winger is said to be available for loan this winter.
Everton winger Gerard Deulofeu has been linked with a move away from the club this month, after a struggle for form under new manager Ronald Koeman.
One team said to be interested in the player are Italian giants AC Milan.
The Rossoneri have been linked with a loan move for the player and now the Italian club’s vice-president Adriano Galliani has been discussing the transfer, insisting Milan have demonstrated their desire for a move to go through, but that Everton have so far proved tough negotiators.

He is quoted by CalcioMercato as stating:
“We seek only a winger and nothing else.
“No central midfielder, no attacker, much less any defender or goalkeeper.
“Deulofeu? It’s up to Everton decide, AC Milan has demonstrated its will.”
The deal is then reported in La Gazzetta dello Sport. They suggest Galliani is insistent on bringing in the young Spaniard, but Everton have reservations over including a buy-out clause in any deal that sees him head to the San Siro.

He may be out of form but the former Barcelona talent is still young and Everton are not yet ready to give up on the player just yet.
A loan deal is seen as a perfect opportunity for Deulofeu to get some first-team experience and perhaps improve his game before having another crack at Everton.
So at present, a deal seems some way off for the 22-year-old.
